Originally launched in 2009, The Circus became one of the most iconic tours in British music history. Inspired by the band's multi-million-selling album of the same name, the production broke records, selling over 600,000 tickets in less than five hours.

Seventeen years later, the magic is back. The 2026 revival stays true to the spirit of the original while adding modern production values, stunning visuals and a fresh energy. Fans were treated to favourites including Greatest Day, Back for Good, Pray, Shine, Patience, Never Forget and Relight My Fire, alongside newer material that sat comfortably among the classics.

With support from Belinda Carlisle and The Script, the evening offered wall-to-wall entertainment before Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald took centre stage. By the time the final confetti had fallen, it was clear that The Circus has lost none of its charm.

For fans old and new, London's opening night was a reminder that some shows really do get better with time. Big songs, spectacular production and plenty of feel-good moments made this a night to remember, and a fitting celebration of one of Britain's most beloved pop bands.
