ASIAN IN ART PRIVATE VIEW: VICTORIA AND ALBERT MUSEUM
A special private view of Asian in Art was held at the Victoria and Albert Museum last night that offered an exclusive evening celebrating the richness, diversity, and enduring influence of Asian visual culture.The event brought together collectors, curators, and distinguished guests for an intimate presentation of works spanning classical Japanese artistry through to modern interpretations of traditional forms.
The curated selection highlighted the refinement of Japanese woodblock prints, decorative arts, and contemporary pieces that continue to reflect the evolution of Asian aesthetics.
Set within the historic surroundings of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the private view provided a unique opportunity to engage with the works in a museum context, encouraging dialogue around provenance, craftsmanship, and cultural exchange. Guests were invited to explore the depth of artistic tradition that continues to shape both historical scholarship and contemporary collecting practices.

The evening also saw the presentation of the 2025 Art Awards that was sponsored by ATG and Apollo, recognising excellence in the field.
